This complex and striking design is a variation of the Feathered Star quilt pattern, specifically one that utilizes a Broken Star or Carpenter’s Wheel interior with a bold red and the tiniest hand quilting stitches. Colors are amazing and I love the cheaters cloth backing. Bold, fun, and so pretty. Very thin and exceptional!

It is considered one of the more advanced patterns in traditional quilting because of the sheer number of small triangles and precise points required to make the "feathers" radiate correctly.
